Founder / CEO
Emily Dickinson
Emily Dickinson brings 12 years of experience in pastoral and youth leadership, combined with a background in mental health social work and executive coaching. She has worked with school leaders, educators, and teams across Christian schools and organisations, helping them grow in influence, effectiveness, and impact.
With qualifications in theology, leadership, professional supervision, coaching, and social work, Emily supports school leaders to strengthen team culture, navigate challenges, and lead with clarity and purpose. Her holistic approach equips leaders to thrive personally while fostering learning communities that inspire students, empower staff, and create schools that flourish in both faith and education.

Mike Pitman
Mike Pitman brings over 40 years of experience in Christian education, combining leadership, mentorship, and a deep understanding of school culture. A lifelong follower of Jesus, he is passionate about equipping school leaders to foster faith-filled, thriving learning environments.
Known for his clarity, empathy, and practical wisdom, Mike excels at drawing out the best in others—especially young people—while balancing vision with day-to-day management. His guidance supports leaders in navigating challenges, inspiring teams, and creating communities where both students and staff can flourish. Mike’s approach blends experience, insight, and a heart for service, helping Christian schools lead with purpose and impact.

David Stanford
David is deeply passionate about encouraging and equipping ministry students, pastors, and church leaders, and an engaging communicator and skilled facilitator of small groups and retreats. David is dedicated to helping ministry leaders flourish — guiding them to grow in their God-given potential, calling, and passion.

Caroline Blake
Caroline’s lifelong journey in Christian education began with a kindergarten teacher whose missional heart shaped her family’s faith and service. Since then, Caroline has dedicated decades to teaching and leading in Christian schools, serving in roles including Dean of School and Deputy Principal at Swan Christian College.
With a BSc (Hons), DipEd, and multiple Master’s qualifications, Caroline has designed teacher induction programs, lectured in leadership and policy development, and published research on mentoring middle leaders. Drawing on deep experience in school leadership and mentoring, she now equips Christian school leaders to grow in confidence, resilience, and vision—helping them lead thriving, faith-centred learning communities.

Graham Taylor
For over 54 years, Graham Taylor has dedicated his life to developing leaders and unlocking human potential. With experience across youth work, education, government, and private enterprise—and over 40 years directing his own Leadership, Coaching and Training Consultancy—Graham sees his work as a calling: to help people learn rather than be taught. His focus on leadership development, executive coaching, and facilitation has served schools and organisations alike, empowering leaders to grow teams that flourish.
Drawing on 7,300+ coaching hours with more than 640 leaders, Graham brings wisdom, empathy, and practical insight. His coaching helps school leaders grow in clarity, confidence, and character—so they can lead communities that thrive.

Darryl Baker
With over 30 years in education, Darryl has served in Christian and missional schools since 1997. Beginning as a Physical Education and Science teacher, he later led as Head of House and Dean of Students, where he learned firsthand how to motivate teams and navigate the complexities of school culture.
Holding a Master’s in Education and an Arrow Leadership qualification, Darryl draws on deep experience—including seven years as Regional Principal at Alta-1 College—to equip Christian school leaders for the demands of modern education. Having journeyed through both success and burnout, he’s passionate about helping leaders grow in strength, wisdom, and grace to lead flourishing communities.

Mae Sinco
Mae is an Executive Admin Assistant with 6 years of experience working with Christian companies and coaches, offering faith-based administrative support that helps leaders focus on their mission. She is also the Founder and Owner of FaithLift Marketing Solutions, where she empowers faith-driven entrepreneurs through strategic marketing and virtual assistance. She is passionate about bringing order, clarity, and excellence into busy schedules while serving with a heart rooted in faith. She also enjoys creating inspiring resources for mothers, encouraging them to rise above insecurities and walk confidently in their calling.
